The regulation establishes criteria for granting authorisation to non-EU professionals as asset managers of SEPCAVs and ASSEPs upon written request to the CSSF. Authorisation requires the applicant to be a legal person with a minimum paid-up capital of EUR 125,000, while management and supervisory members must demonstrate appropriate professional experience and good repute. The CSSF may request necessary information to verify these conditions and must be informed of any changes affecting the integrity or experience of relevant personnel. This regulation repeals the Grand-ducal regulation of 4 February 2000 regarding similar authorisations.
