Grand-ducal Regulation of 25 July 2015 implementing Article 4(1) of the Law on e-archiving
The regulation establishes the certification framework for dematerialisation or conservation service providers (PSDCs) under the Law of 25 July 2015 on e-archiving. Certification must be conducted according to Annex II conditions until 19 June 2018, after which Annex II becomes mandatory. As of 1 March 2023, certification is carried out according to the Luxembourg standard ILNAS 106:2022, with a transitional period allowing providers to choose between this standard and Annex II until 1 June 2024. The Institut luxembourgeois de la normalisation, de l’accréditation, de la sécurité et qualité des produits et services (ILNAS) is the sole national authority empowered to grant PSDC status to organizations certified by an accredited body.
