Granting an Exchange Office Branch License to LusTelecom LLC
The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 54 A on April 8, 2025, granting a foreign exchange trades license to LusTelecom LLC. The resolution authorizes Branch Office No. 2 to conduct relevant activities at its Yerevan location under License No. 850. This decision follows applications submitted by the company in March 2025 and a positive conclusion from the Central Bank's Licensing and Regulation Committee.
