Guidance on Continuous Disclosure

The Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) mandates immediate continuous disclosure obligations for ADGM Reporting Entities under Market Rules 7.2.1 and 7.2.2, requiring prompt publication of precise, price-sensitive inside information via its official English-language platform. Entities may delay disclosure when specific exemptions apply, provided the information remains confidential and relates to incomplete negotiations, legal breaches, or trade secrets. The guidance further establishes robust compliance protocols and grants the Listing Authority directional powers to enforce disclosures or implement trading halts, thereby preventing false markets and safeguarding investor confidence.
