Guideline on Amending a Pension Plan’s Trust Deed and Rules and Correcting the Register of Pension Plans
The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago has finalized the Guideline on amending a Pension Plan’s Trust Deed and Rules and correcting the Register of Pension Plans. This document assists Trustees and Plan Sponsors in determining whether documents prepared for these amendments meet the requirements of the Act prior to submission. Trustees and Plan Sponsors are required to familiarize themselves with the Guideline and share it with preparers of amendments to ensure adherence to the specified requirements.
