Guideline on the Publication of Abridged Financial Statements

Regulated persons, including insurers, licensees, and financial holding companies, must publish abridged financial statements in daily newspapers and exhibit them in their offices. These statements must include specific individual and consolidated financial statements, such as the Statement of Financial Position and Profit or Loss, accompanied by an Independent Auditor’s Report and selected notes detailing incorporation, basis of preparation, and contingent liabilities. The full audited financial statements must remain available at no cost at the regulated person's offices for review by policyholders, depositors, and other consumers. This guideline becomes effective on October 17, 2022.
