Guidelines for the Collective Investment Sector on the AML/CFT Summary Report RC
The CSSF mandates that Luxembourg investment fund managers, including registered AIFMs, and supervised investment funds submit the AML/CFT Summary Report RC (SRRC) exclusively via the eDesk platform. The Responsible for Compliance (RR) must file this annual report within five months after the closing of the annual accounts, with a two-month extension granted for the closing ending on 31 December 2023. Submission is waived for Luxembourg investment funds that have designated a Luxembourg management company already submitting this report. These provisions apply to financial years ending on or after 31 December 2023.
