Belgian credit institutions and stockbroking firms eligible for simplified obligations must submit a simplified recovery plan via OneGate by 15 December annually. The plan requires a summary of vulnerabilities, stress scenarios, and recovery options, including quantitative impact assessments on solvency over 18 months and liquidity over 6 months. Credit institutions must include at least 14 specific monitoring indicators, while stockbroking firms must include at least 9, with defined early warning and activation thresholds. Institutions must update their plans at least every two years and notify the National Bank of Belgium of any indicator breaches within one business day.
