ALL REGUIATORY SANDBOX APPTICANTS/PROPONENTS Guidcllnes on the Submlsslon of Regulatory Sandbox Applications and Communlcations through the BSP Regulatory Sandbox Mall-ln Account Pursuant to Circular No. ll53 on the Regulatory Sandbox Framework dated O5 September 2Q22, all regulatory sandbox applications. inquiriee and other correspondences shall observe the following guidelines on the submission of applications and communications through the BSP Regulatory Sandbox Mail-in Accounh t. Effective 15 January 2024, all applications and communications relative to the Regulatory Sandbox shall be transmltted electronlcallyto the Sandbox Overslght Team (SOT) through the emal I add ress: bspreg u I atorysa nd box(O bsp.gov.ph.
2. Applicants shall strictly apply the prescribed format for the subject line, as
follows:

5. For those wlth ongolng applicatlons, use the followlng subJect format:

5. Failure to use the prescribed subject llne format wlll result In the fallure of
delivery of the email to the SOT.
6. Non-receipt of an acknowledgement email from the
bspregulatorysandbox@bsp.gov-p.h account within the day shall mean failure of deliveryof the message.
7. The auto-generated reply/notice from the hspregulatorysandbox@hsp-gov.ph
account shall beconsidered as duly received bythe BSFlabsent notification ftom the BSP system of the fallure of dellvery. To SubJect
