Guidelines on XML Submission of the Financial Reporting Package for Non-Stock Savings and Loan Associations via PRIME
The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas mandates all non-stock savings and loan associations to submit their Financial Reporting Package using XML format through the Prudential Reporting Innovation and Monitoring Engine (PRIME). Effective for the reference period ending December 2026, institutions must transition from email submissions to the PRIME portal, register up to two authorized officers, and utilize prescribed XML schemas and signed control prooflists. A parallel sandbox testing period will precede the live rollout, while this issuance supersedes prior reporting memoranda and enforces existing validation standards and penalties.
