  1. This Order may be cited as the
    HIGH SEAS FISHING ACT (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2013.
  2. In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section
    56 of the High Seas Fishing Act (No. 26 of 2013), and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, GASPAR VEGA, Ag. Minister of Finance, do hereby appoint the 8th day of November, 2013 as the day on which the said Act shall come into force. MADE this 7th day of November, 2013. Short title. (GASPAR VEGA) Ag.
