TO FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS,

TO EXCHANGE AGENCIES:
Ref.: Circular
RUNOR 1 - 1420
We address you to send you the instructions for submitting the High-Value Cash Transaction Report (RTE) in accordance with the provisions of Communication “A” 6409.
In this regard, it is noted that the submission of this information must be made in accordance with the provisions of Section 1. of “Submission of Information to the Central Bank” for the MFT file transfer service, using codes 5 and 4, for regime code and requirement, respectively.
The information to be submitted must include the file(s) in XML format defined in the UIF RTE requirement and that have passed the validation stage of the aforementioned agency's application, which must comply with the schema file (XSD) defined in the documentation available on the UIF website.
Submissions to this Central Bank must be made within 5 days after the aforementioned validation.
The submission must be made individually in a single ZIP exclusive for this requirement, meaning it must not contain other Informative Regimes. The XML files must be stored directly in the root directory of the submitted ZIP file, so no subfolder should be created in the compressed file.
The descriptor file (detalle.xml) to be included in this submission must not contain the “ARCHIVO” TAG since it will not be necessary to include in it the definition of the names of the XML files that represent the RTE operations. Each entity must take the necessary measures to generate the “detalle.xml” descriptor with the pertinent adjustments respecting the schema defined by the BCRA for such descriptor file (Com. “A” 6377).
The first submission will correspond to the data reported to the UIF referring to transactions carried out in August of the current year.
We greet you attentively.
