HRRF – Issuance of Draft Technical Documentation for Company Service Providers (CSPs)
Draft versions of technical documentation relating to MFSA-specific regulatory returns for Company Service Providers and the FIAU Risk Evaluation Questionnaire set out the structure, content and technical specifications for preparing and submitting returns in the new JSON format. The documentation includes guidance on the use of a free converter tool for converting existing returns into the required JSON format. Final versions are expected towards the end of August or beginning of September, and a seminar for the CSP sector is scheduled for 15 September.
