HRRF – Issuance of Draft Technical Documentation for Family Trusts
Draft versions of technical documentation relating to MFSA-specific regulatory returns for Family Trusts are being made available, setting out the structure, content, and technical specifications for submission in a new JSON format. The documentation includes taxonomy and guidance on a free converter tool for converting existing returns, with final versions expected towards the end of August or beginning of September. A seminar for the Family Trusts sector is scheduled for 9 October, and licence holders are encouraged to ensure business and technical representatives attend.
