Legal entities holding a Declaration of No-Objection (DNO) must submit specific documents when applying for a DNO on the appointment of a new day-to-day policymaker. Applicants are required to provide a completed Initial assessment application form, a valid ID copy, a detailed curriculum vitae, a Propriety assessment form, and, for certain individuals, a criminal records extract. The criminal records extract is mandatory for Dutch nationals who have resided outside the EU for more than eight years, or non-Dutch nationals who have resided outside the Netherlands for that period, and must be issued within the last three months. Failure to include all relevant documents may extend the consideration period for the application.
