Institutional Program 2025-2030 of the Rural Sector Capitalization and Investment Fund
The Rural Sector Capitalization and Investment Fund (FOCIR) establishes its Institutional Program for 2025-2030, which aims to increase private investment in productive projects within the rural and agroindustrial sectors through Capital Investment Financial Intermediaries (IFIC) and to expand corporate governance training and technical assistance for these intermediaries. The program is funded by the FOCIR's own assets and does not require additional public resources beyond those already authorized in its institutional budget. It aligns with the National Development Plan 2025-2030, specifically contributing to Axis 3 on moral economy and work and Axis 4 on sustainable development.
