Instruction COSOB No. 26-07 of July 15, 2026, Fixing the Conditions and Procedures for the Registration of Statutory Auditors of Venture Capital Collective Investment Undertakings
The Commission for the Organization and Supervision of Stock Exchange Operations establishes conditions and procedures for registering statutory auditors of Venture Capital Collective Investment Undertakings. Applicants must be registered with the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors, have practiced for more than five years, and have no disqualifying convictions or disciplinary sanctions in the preceding two years. The Commission examines complete applications within one month, and registrations are valid for three years. This instruction repeals and replaces Instruction COSOB No. 25-04 of June 25, 2025, and enters into force on July 15, 2026.
