Instruction (Historical) No. 19/2022
Banco de Portugal issued Instruction No. 19/2022 to set the base rate for calculating periodic contributions to the Resolution Fund for the year 2023 at 0.029%. This directive applies to credit institutions, financial credit institutions, factoring companies, mutual guarantee societies, investment companies, and financial leasing companies. The instruction entered into force on January 1, 2023, based on the enabling legislation of Decree-Law No. 24/2013.
