Instruction N°003-DPM/26 amending certain provisions of Instruction N°003-DOM/25 of April 28, 2025 relating to the Banky Foiben'i Madagasikara policy rate and the interest rate corridor system

This Instruction amends Article 6 of Instruction No. 003-DOM/25 of April 28, 2025, setting the Banky Foiben'i Madagasikara (BFM) policy rate at 12.50%. It also repeals Instruction No. 005-DOM/25 of May 6, 2025 in its entirety. These changes take effect on August 5, 2026.
