Instruction No. 001-DOM/2016 on the Central Bank's Key Rate
The Governor of the Central Bank of Madagascar reduces the Central Bank's key rate from 8.70 percent to 8.30 percent, effective May 15, 2016. This decision is issued under the modified law n° 94-004 of June 10, 1994, and decree n° 2014-1684 of October 29, 2014.
