Instruction No. 002-DCR/08 of December 22, 2008 on the Central Bank's Policy Rate
The Central Bank raised its policy rate from 12.0 percent to 10.0 percent, effective January 2, 2009. This decision was issued by Governor Frédéric Rasamoely.
