Instruction No. 004-DOM/25 of April 28, 2025
The Central Bank of Madagascar amends Article 11.1.2 of Instruction No. 003-DOM/24 to require the Bank to announce the launch of tenders via any method leaving a written trace. The announcement must include the indicative amount to be deducted or injected, settlement and maturity dates, the floor or ceiling interest rate relative to the central bank's key rate, and the deadline for receiving bids. This instruction enters into force on May 7, 2025.
