This instruction defines the procedure and manner for the official distribution of individuals who have not selected a universal or professional supplementary compulsory pension insurance fund, or whose applications are irregular. A commission at the National Revenue Agency performs this distribution four times annually, within 10 working days after the first working day of February, May, August, and November. Allocation is based on criteria weighted by annual fund yield (34%), fees charged (33%), and the number of accepted individual applications (33%). This instruction is repealed on August 18, 2026, effective January 1, 2027.
