Instruction No. 10/2023
This Instruction amends the reporting requirements of Instruction No. 16/2021 by modifying the description for code H03 in Table H of Annex I. The change ensures that institutions report on Non-Performing Action Plan (PARI) procedures initiated in compliance with special legal regimes, specifically those resulting from Decree-Law No. 80-A/2022. The amendment applies to all institutions subject to the reporting obligations defined in the original instruction. The Instruction entered into force the day following its publication on April 28, 2023.
