Instruction No. 12/2024
Instruction No. 12/2024 revokes Instruction No. 33/2018, which previously established reporting rules and models for credit contracts regulated by Decree-Law No. 74-A/2017. The revocation is based on the determination that identical granular and precise information can now be extracted from the Credit Liability Central, rendering the previous reporting obligation unnecessary. This instruction enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Bulletin.
