Instruction No. 15/2025 - Deposit Guarantee Fund Annual Contribution
For the 2026 contribution year, the base contribution rate for the Deposit Guarantee Fund is set at 0.0009%, and the minimum annual contribution is fixed at 600 euros. Participating credit institutions are prohibited from substituting their annual contribution with irrevocable payment commitments in 2026. These provisions enter into force on January 1, 2026.
