The Banco de Portugal revokes Instruction No. 4/2011 regarding internal stress testing to align with the European Banking Authority's Guidelines EBA/GL/2018/04. This repeal acknowledges that current reporting obligations for internal stress tests are already covered under Instruction No. 3/2019 (ICAAP) and Instruction No. 2/2019 (ILAAP). The revocation ensures that the EBA guidelines are applied within the Bank of Portugal's regular supervisory procedures. The instruction enters into force the day after its publication.
