Instruction No. 2010-01 of February 1, 2010, on the designation of declarants and correspondents by manual money changers
Manual money changers and persons attesting to their activity must report the identity of their designated declarants and correspondents using the attached tables. These signed tables must be submitted in paper format to the General Secretariat of the Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority by February 28 each year, with a one-time deadline of April 30, 2010, for the initial submission. Any changes in personnel or new authorizations require the immediate submission of updated tables.
