Instruction No. 2013-I-12 of October 4, 2013, amending Instruction No. 2009-01 of June 19, 2009, regarding the implementation of the unified financial reporting system
The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority issued Instruction No. 2013-I-12 to amend the reporting templates defined in Instruction No. 2009-01 for the unified financial reporting system. This regulation modifies specific annex tables, including SITUATION, ITB_RESID, ITB_Nresi, CLIENT_RE, CLIENT_nR, PENS_LIVR, and TITRE_PTF, to update the required financial data structures. The amended instructions enter into force on December 31, 2014.
