Instruction No. 2019-I-03 of March 15, 2019 amending Instructions No. 2016-I-01 and No. 2016-I-02 of January 14, 2016
The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) amends Instructions No. 2016-I-01 and No. 2016-I-02 to impose annual data transmission requirements on exempt entities. Specifically, Article 1 adds a condition to Article 6 of Instruction 2016-I-01, requiring that data submitted in the fourth year be transmitted at least once per year. Article 2 modifies Article 3 of Instruction 2016-I-02 by adding a third exemption condition mandating that entities exceeding the 15% threshold must provide covered information at least annually.
