The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) issued Instruction No. 2025-I-04 to replace previous regulations regarding the electronic signature and submission of regulatory documents. The instruction designates effective directors and their duly authorized delegates as the responsible parties for submitting data via the Banque de France's OneGate portal. It establishes that transmitted data are deemed validly submitted by an authorized person unless contested within ten working days of the processing report.
