Instruction No. 2025-I-19 on the Composition of Administrative Approval or Extension Dossiers for Insurance or Reinsurance Undertakings
The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) issued Instruction No. 2025-I-19 to update the required content for administrative approval and extension dossiers for insurance, reinsurance, and third-country branches. This regulation replaces Instruction No. 2015-I-15 and its subsequent amendments, specifying distinct document compositions in Annex 1 and Annex 2 based on the type of entity. The instruction mandates electronic submission via the ACPR portal and enters into force on January 1, 2026.
