Instruction No. 60 on the Approval and Publication of Tariff Grids for Credit Information Bureaus
Credit Information Bureaus must submit their proposed tariff grids for the following calendar year to the Central Bank of the Congo by July 31, accompanied by projected financial statements. The Central Bank has 90 days to approve these tariffs, which must reflect unit cost reductions based on consultation volume and cover justified operational costs. If a tariff grid is rejected twice, the applicable rates revert to the previously approved grid minus 10%. Approved grids must be published on premises, websites, and in a widely circulated newspaper at least 30 days before implementation.
