INSTRUCTION NORMATIVE
BCB NO. 246, OF MARCH 24, 2022

Revokes Normatives Related to Obligations Provided in Articles 9, 10 and 11 of Law No. 9,613 of March 3, 1998.

The Head of the Conduct Supervision Department (Decon), using the attribution conferred upon it by art. 23, item I, letter “a”, of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, annexed to Ordinance No. 108.150 of August 27, 2020, and in accordance with art. 8, item I, of Decree No. 10.139 of November 28, 2019, and art. 3, § 2, item I, of Decree No. 10.411 of June 30, 2020,

R E S O L V E
:

Art. 1. The following are revoked:

I - Circular Letter No. 3,151 of December 1, 2004;

II - Circular Letter No. 3,234 of May 15, 2006;

III - Circular Letter No. 3,405 of July 8, 2009; and

IV - Circular Letter No. 3,409 of August 12, 2009.

Art. 2. This Instruction Normative enters into force on the date of its publication.
