Instructions for Cancelling Insurance Company Merger Instructions Issued by the Central Bank Board of Directors pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (b) of Article (109) of the Insurance Business Regulation Law No. (12) of 2021

These instructions shall be called the Instructions for Cancelling Insurance Company Merger Instructions of 2025 and are issued pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (b) of Article (109) of the Insurance Business Regulation Law No. (12) of 2021, and shall be effective from 10 / 4 / 2025.
Article (2):
Insurance Company Merger Instructions No. (1) of 2015 are hereby cancelled.
