  777e purpose of this communication is to inform insurance and reinsurance companies of the fact that the table containing figures relating to the rémunération of Identified Staff should henceforth be provided to the National Bank ofBelgium through OneGate and no longer through eCorporate. However, the content of this reporting has not changed. Including insurance companies in run-off. The purpose of this communication is to inform you that the table containing figures relating to the rémunération of Identifiée) Staff3, which should be provided to the National Bank of Belgium (hereinafter "the Bank") on the submission dates specified in Communication NBB_2018_24, should henceforth be submitted through OneGate and no longer through eCorporate. The purpose of submitting this reporting through OneGate is (i) to enhance the confidentiality of the information in this reporting and (ii) to facilitate the analysis of this reporting by the Bank's operational services. The Bank draws your attention to the fact that this communication in no way changes the content of this reporting, taking into account the provisions of the Overarching Governance Circular NBB_2016_31 as revised in September 2018. As regards the practical arrangements for this new mode of submission, the table containing figures relating to the rémunération of Identifiée! Staff can be found in the annex to this communication. The electronic submission of data will occur through the Bank's "OneGate" application in the "REM" domain. Reporting entities will be able to choose between manual data entry or automated reporting using files generated in CSV or XML format. An exchange protocol will be made available in due course to reporting entities on the Bank's website4. For the purpose of this submission, the companies falling within the scope of this communication will be required to access "OneGate" using an electronic certificate delivered by a third party and ta appoint a person responsible for the rémunération reporting.
