Insurance (Pension Fund Plans Registration Fees) Regulations, 2020
The Minister of Finance of Trinidad and Tobago established registration fees for pension fund plans under the Insurance Act, 2018. These regulations impose a fee of two thousand five hundred dollars for the initial registration of a plan and one thousand dollars for registering amendments or corrections to the Trust Deed and Rules. Fees are payable to the Central Bank, with no charge applied for amendments required by written law. The regulations commenced on 1st January, 2021.
