The Central Bank of Belize issued these regulations to prescribe specific fees for international banks under the International Banking Act. The rules establish initial licence fees of US$20,000 for unrestricted Class A and US$15,000 for restricted Class B entities, alongside a tiered annual licence fee structure based on total assets. Additionally, a non-refundable application fee of US$2,500 is mandated, and the regulations repeal the Offshore Banking (Fees) Order of 1996 upon their commencement on January 1, 2011.
