The Forum, among other objectives, is organized to:
Sensitize the importers on the new developments in import trade, such as the epayment and e-remittance; Highlight issues on documentation requirements, procedures as well as on compliance and integrity, which manifest in false declaration, under valuation, concealment, etc, and Spotlight the facilitation measures aimed at attainment of the 48 hours cargo clearance target.
Authorized Dealers should ensure that they are represented at the forum by officers who are conversant with trade operations.
