ISG Rating Methodology

VIS Credit Rating Company Limited, alongside CCXI and IIRA, has launched the ISG Rating Methodology to standardize the assessment of organizational financial resilience and governance effectiveness through a unified scoring framework. The Investment Strength component evaluates business risk, capital structure, profitability, and cash flow generation using sector-specific metrics for commercial banks and insurance companies. The Governance pillar measures board independence, executive compensation alignment, shareholder rights, audit oversight, and integrated ESG practices to determine long-term value creation and risk mitigation.
