Issuance of Revised Annual Return Template
Registered medical aid funds must use the revised annual return template attached as Annexure A for all submissions on or after 30 April 2026. This requirement applies in conjunction with the stipulations of Directive I/MAF/02/2024 dated 27 December 2024. The revised template replaces previous versions for the specified effective date.
