Issuance of Revised Guideline for the Approval of New or Significantly Amended Insurance Products under the Insurance Act, 2018
The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago issues the finalized Guideline for the Approval of New or Significantly Amended Insurance Products under the Insurance Act, 2018. This document applies to insurers registered under the Act and addresses issues arising during the approval process. The Central Bank has considered industry feedback received during the September 2023 consultation period to finalize these requirements.
