JPRM-2024-016-A — Reforming the Regulations of the Audit Committee of the Central Bank of Ecuador
The Monetary Policy and Regulation Board of Ecuador issued Resolution JPRM-2024-016-A to amend the Regulations of the Audit Committee of the Central Bank of Ecuador. The resolution modifies Article 7 to stipulate that any member replacing a departing committee member will serve a fixed term of four years from the date of assumption. This administrative act entered into force upon its issuance on August 26, 2024, and was signed by President Tatiana Maribel Rodríguez Cerón.
