The Financial Services Authority of Seychelles issued these guidelines to standardize the application process for operators seeking approval to host Junket and Tournament gambling events. Applicants must complete a structured form detailing event specifics, submit mandatory compliance documents including AML/KYC policies and risk assessments, and adhere to a processing workflow that includes a mandatory 30-day public objection period under the Seychelles Gambling Act 2014. The Authority outlines a standard three-month review timeframe, mandates immediate notification of any application changes, and reserves the right to conduct inspections or return incomplete submissions for resubmission within six months.
