Rule · NBB · 29 Dec 2017
This law amends the Income Tax Code 1992 by replacing the term 'meal vouchers' with 'electronic meal vouchers' across multiple articles. It modifies Article 203 regarding investment companies (SIR), specifically abolishing a paragraph, clarifying deduction conditions, and establishing an 80% distribution threshold for real estate investment companies to qualify for the definitively taxed income regime. The law also extends tax exemption to salaries paid by international tribunals, updates references to specific port and waterway companies, and restores Article 380 to allow tax authorities to execute judicial decisions granting tax relief or cancelling assessments via registration in an enforceable tax roll.
