Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Approval of the Economic Procedural Code
The Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan approves the Economic Procedural Code, which enters into force on April 1, 2018. The Cabinet of Ministers is required to align government resolutions with the Code and review or repeal normative legal acts of state management bodies that contradict it. The Supreme Court, in collaboration with the Prosecutor General's Office, the Ministry of Justice, and other interested organizations, is tasked with ensuring the implementation and dissemination of the Code's provisions.
