Letter modifying the terms of the authorization for the organization and operation of Banco Compartamos, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution
The National Banking and Securities Commission modifies the authorized social capital of Banco Compartamos, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution to $889,740,000.00 Mexican pesos, reflecting a capital increase approved in April 2025. The bank is required to publish the modification text in the Official Gazette and two widely circulated newspapers within fifteen business days of receiving the letter, and to report the publication dates to the Commission within fifteen business days of the publication.
