Letter modifying the terms of the authorization for the organization and operation of Bankaool, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution
The National Banking and Securities Commission modifies the Fifth Base of the authorization for Bankaool, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution to reflect a paid-up social capital of $1,850,487,016.00 MXN, represented by 1,850,487,016 ordinary and nominative Series "O" shares with a nominal value of $1.00 MXN each. Bankaool is required to inform the Commission of the publication dates in the Official Gazette and two widely circulated newspapers within ten business days of publication, with such publications to be completed within fifteen business days of receiving this letter.
