Pursuant to the provisions of Banking Law No. (9) of 2010, Liquidity Instruction No. (2011/4) dated 29/08/2011 concerning the minimum cash liquidity ratio is hereby repealed, and the provisions of Instruction No. (2008/5) dated 29/12/2008 are reinstated, effective from this date.
