List of Holidays for the Year 2025
Scheduled banks in Bangladesh must observe 27 holidays in 2025, including specific dates for religious occasions such as Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Azha, as well as national days like Independence Day and Victory Day. The list is issued in accordance with a notification from the Ministry of Public Administration dated 21 October 2024. Several religious holidays are subject to the appearance of the moon. The schedule includes designated bank holidays on 1 July and 31 December.
